I hesitate to offer dosage information, but in the case of charcoal...it is good for you and normal working dosages are flexible and safe. But please don't trust me. Trust no-one but your physician, healthcare specialist, certified herbalist, nutritionist or your own mother when dealing with things you take for your health or for that matter, anything you put in your body.
