Cyberpunk 2077 Judy Alvarez Romance Guide

This guide shows how to romance Judy Alvarez in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77) and start a relationship with her. Judy is a girl you meet during the story. She will appear in several main quests and then have to do her 5 Side Quests afterward. She can be romanced and seduced during her final side quest which leads to a sex scene if you do everything right. The romance will have you take Judy on a deep-water dive and then having a sex scene with her in a cabin. The Judy Romance is only available when playing a Female character (Female Voice + Female Body Type).

Important: Judy is Lesbian. She can only be romanced when playing as a female Character (Female Voice & Female Body Type). This Romance is unavailable for Males! As a Male you can still play her quests but she will block your romantic attempts.

Simply put: when she calls you always accept her requests right away, be supportive and friendly with her, don’t accept money from her when she offers it, pick all the “physical” dialogues to get closer to her (like kissing her).

Below are all missions and dialogues in chronological order that lead to the Judy Romance. Some of these likely have no impact but this is what has been tested and confirmed to work. If you follow these choices exactly then you will get Judy’s Sex Scene at the end.

Side Job – Both Sides, Now

• This is Judy’s first Side Quest. It unlocks automatically over the course of the story (after Main Job “Double Life” wait 24 hours and Judy will call you). Then it gets added to your quest log.
• Finish this quest, your choices here don’t matter for the romance.

Side Job – Ex-Factor

• A few days after the previous quest you will get a text message from Judy on your phone called “EV’s Send Off”. Reply to it and wait for Judy to call you back after a few hours. Then choose “Yeah, I’ll help” to start the quest. If you decline by accident you can still call her back to start the quest later (but it’s recommended to accept it right away as that’s what has been tested and confirmed to work for the romance).
• Finish this quest, your choices here don’t matter for the romance.

Side Job – Talkin’ ‘Bout A Revolution

• A few days after the previous quest you will get another text message from Judy that will trigger this quest. Then skip time by 24 hours and you will get a call from Judy. Play this quest.
• After talking to the people at Judy’s apartment and sparring with Tom, choose “You can count on me.” –> this leads to the next side quest. If you decline by accident you will still get the quest (but it’s recommended to accept it right away as that’s what has been tested and confirmed to work for the romance).
• In the next dialogue, Judy wants to pay for your help, choose “Out of the question” > “Forget about it. It’s passed” > “[Lean] Sure, thanks” –> this will make you spend the night on her couch and she will leave breakfast for you in the morning.

Side Job – Pisces

• A few days after the previous quest, you will get another text message from Judy. Reply to her text message with anything. Advance time by a day and she will call you to start the quest.
• When you reach the penthouse where the gang bosses are sitting, pick the following dialogues: “Let’s do this” > “Who are the other two?” > “Do my best. Jack ’em out” > “Hold on, think you’ve gone too far” > “[Draw Weapon] Let’s cut to the quick” > kill the gang bosses > “What?” > “You tried to cheat us all” > Kill Maiko –> this is very important for the romance! If you accept Maiko’s plan or her payment it will void your chance at a romance with Judy! The outcome you want is that the gang bosses attack you here.
• Finish the mission. When talking to Judy it doesn’t matter if you say “I’m sorry” or “Wasn’t my fault”. Either way, she will be shocked but this is normal here and what you want. By not having accepted Maiko’s plan / payment you are now eligible to get Judy’s last quest.

Side Job – Pyramid Song

• After about a week and after doing some other side activities, Judy will call you again which triggers this quest.
• After arriving at the quest marker, Judy will want to go diving with you. Choose “Hell yeah, I’m in” (if you mess this up you can still call her later and say you changed your mind to continue)
• Complete the diving trip with her. Whether you pick up the optional objectives (underwater items) during the dive doesn’t matter for the romance, they only unlock some extra dialogue.
  • Side note: If you play a male (which doesn’t work for the Romance), you can try to compliment Judy that she is looking fine in her wetsuit. She will be repulsed by this coming from a man. Also when she stops underwater before declining to the sunken village, you can swim behind her to look at her buttocks and she’ll get really mad and insult you.
• After returning from the dive, you must accept Judy’s invite to spend the night at the cottage. Pick dialogue “[Stand] Why not.” –> this is very important for the romance! If you choose the other option “Bad idea, prolly” you will miss out on this romance.
• When you’re with Judy in the bathroom, choose “[Sit] We’re still synced” > “[Touch] It is ours” to Kiss her –> this results in Judy’s sex scene
• The next morning, Judy will be waiting by the pier. Talk to Judy at the pier and pick dialogue “the beginning of something amazing” –> this will start a relationship with Judy. You will unlock her apartment by doing this. If you tell her this was just a distraction she won’t enter into a relationship with you.

This concludes the Judy Romance Guide. By doing this she can also be called before deciding on the story ending during “Nocturne Op55N1”. Furthermore, you earn the Judy vs Night City trophy and achievement for having completed Judy’s questline.
