Since then we’ve grown to more than 7,000 DQ® locations in the U.S., Canada and 22 other countries. Our restaurants offer a variety of sweet treats and crave-worthy eats that hold a special place in the hearts and minds of fans of all ages, including our signature BLIZZARD® Treat.   There’s something special about watching our DQ team members volunteer for the KS95 for Kids Radiothon every year at the Mall of America. Their energy, heart and willingness to jump in wherever needed help power an event that supports the incredible kids and families at Gillette Children's. It’s one of our favorite traditions — and a reminder that giving back to the communities we serve is at the core of who we are.

This new DQ restaurant in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is located in one of the busiest areas of the city. Creating more positive memories for people in the Halifax city center!

  Our franchisees across the world routinely offer opportunities in our restaurants that help young people build confidence, skills and bright futures. So, it makes sense that our DQ Cares program supports Cookie Cart, a Twin Cities nonprofit that teaches teens essential job skills through real, hands-on experience in a working bakery. From learning teamwork and customer service to gaining financial literacy and leadership skills, Cookie Cart helps kids develop the tools they need to succeed — in work and in life. Our DQ corporate employees love volunteering alongside these talented young people and cheering them on as they take their next steps. Because investing in the next generation is one of the sweetest ways we can give back. #CookieCart

  We’re continuing to grow our global footprint in a big way. This week we announced deals to open DQ restaurants in new markets in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and grow our presence in Qatar. Among the highlights, franchise ownership groups will: * Open 60 DQ restaurants in Hong Kong and 12 in Macau before 2034. * Open 100 DQ restaurants in Taiwan by 2034. * Open 15 new DQ restaurants in Qatar by 2030. The first location to open under these new deals is in the world-renowned Taipei 101 tower in Taipei, Taiwan (see photos below). The location opened Nov. 18 serving iconic DQ soft serve, including the world’s best-selling OREO® Cookie BLIZZARD Treat and flavors developed to delight Taiwanese consumers including the Pistachio Flavor with Pistachio Crisp BLIZZARD Treat, Matcha Red Bean BLIZZARD Treat and Avocado Milkshake.
