Groups of these flowers can be found outside the gates of Mondstadt City. A couple of seeds can also be found in the area around Starfell Lake and Stormbearer Mountains.

Best Farming Routes at Mondstadt

It's not that easy to farm Dandelion Seeds compared to other Local Specialties, but luckily, you can just teleport to Mondstadt City and go outside the gates to farm them!

The farming route will start from the central Waypoint teleporter of Mondstadt City, near the Alchemy Bench. Upon exiting the city gates, go around the wall and use your Anemo characters to collect the seeds!

Farm at the Border Between Liyue and Mondstadt

Go northwest of Ridge Watch and Dragonspine to find the second best location to farm Dandelion Seeds! If you have Portable Waypoints, use these to easily transport yourself back to this location!
