Do the thing you fear and the death of fear is certain.

Amen! Have doubts? Do it anyway. Push through the veil. It's good for the soul! 🙂

Love the quote from Van Gough! Critics said The Golden Gate Bridge was a “bridge that couldn’t be built.” In May 1937 was the first crossing by “motorcycle cops.” A San Francisco police offer led the parade across the Golden Gate Bridge along with the California Highway Patrol! 85 years later, she is still around and makes traveling easier to Marin County and San Francisco!

Yes. And actions are commitments to first principles and values. “Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the assessment that something else is more important than fear.” ― Franklin D. Roosevelt

That is interesting. I agree to do things that we are afraid of or we believe we are not good at and see what happens. But that voice can be more powerful than we think and when we want to buy what we need to paint, for example, it will introduce us to an unwanted guest called procrastination. If that happens, we need to find out where is that voice coming from and what is the purpose of that voice. Sometimes the inner critic just wants to protect us from external critics. Once we know that we can address the issue properly.
