Early Life – Debby was born on May 13, 1993, in Huntsville, Alabama, to John Ryan and Missy Ryan. Her father was a military officer due to her father’s job, she had to live in various places in Europe. When she was in Germany, she began performing in Theaters which helped her to discover her passion for acting. By the age of 9-10, she had decided to become an actress.

Education – Having returned to the United States, she went to Fossil Hill Middle School in Texas. She then attended Fossil Ridge High School for her high school studies.

Career – She commenced her acting career by appearing in several television commercials. Her professionally acting career finally took off when she was chosen to play a recurring role as Debby in the American children’s television show Barney and Friends. Her first film role came in the next year in Barney: Let’s Go to the Firehouse where she had a minor appearance as a teenager.

In 2008, Debby was cast to play Edith in the sports drama The Longshots. That same year, she played Bailey Pickett on Disney’s original series The Suite Life on Deck, a sequel to Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Following the series, she bagged a leading role in the independent film What If…, alongside Kevin Sorbo and Kristy Swanson. The film was released in 2010 and received mixed reviews. She next acted in the teen comedy TV film 16 Wished where the actress played Abigail “Abby” Jensen opposite Jean-Luc Bilodeau.
