i made a Nightmare pickaxe after days of hard searching. My question, what else should I do with Demonite? Armor? Weapons? Save it? WilliamD

After you get a pickaxe, either make lights bane, get armor, save it, or sell. It. Just remember after you get the hellstone tier, you won't need demonite anymore. :) LoveSpreader

One thing about bosses in Terraria, you can farm them like there's no tomorrow. Get all the materials you need by killing them over and over again. Save you the trouble of choosing what to make. But... Hammer is probably not on the priority list, nor axes. If you want to chop faster, that's OK, but that's it. Dommy1971

Ohh.... I have a phaseblade that does 4 more damage than the lights bane. Is the bane still a better choice? [DOUBLEPOST=1442184150][/DOUBLEPOST]

The armor will make it a bit easier to mine hellstone and create obsidian (mix water and lava) so you create molten equipment and armor Demogarose

I would recommend making a Light's Bane and Armor. The Light's Bane, even if you never use it, is an ingredient in the Night's Edge, which in turn is used to make the Terra Blade. The armor will make surviving in Hell easier, which means it will make getting hellstone easier. You must log in or register to reply here.
