Destiny 2 Weekly Reset: New Nightfall, Challenges, And Rewards

Updated September 16, 2025: Another week has come for Destiny 2, which means missions, challenges, and rewards have been reset. It has been an interesting week in Destiny 2 as players have experienced both the highs and lows of this franchise. First, Bungie gave players a detailed look at the Star Wars flavored Renegades expansion for Destiny 2. Community sentiment was pretty positive at seeing the new content, themes, and activities, including working with various syndicates to earn reputation.
Following that reveal was the launch of Ash & Iron, described as a Major Update, which included a big new Destiny 2 update as well as more content to delve into like the New Territories: Reclaim activity. Unfortunately, the update introduced a bunch of frustrating bugs and other issues, including a new controversy surrounding the Eververse store and the gear being offered. Bungie continues to try and fix the issues while also improving fan sentiment regarding the overall gameplay experience.
