What Is Intervention About?

“Intervention” profiles people whose addictions or other compulsive behaviors have brought them to a point of personal crisis, and the friends and family members who come together to help them.

Anchored in the country’s most infamous party town, the Emmy award-winning series “Intervention” returns for an all-new seven-episode season based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kicking off with a two-hour episode, the premiere features some of the most intense and dramatic drug addiction crises the series has ever seen. Over the course of the season, viewers will get an inside look at the devastating reality of addiction and how the nation’s ever-growing drug epidemic has triggered mass substance abuse for the residents of Las Vegas. Interventionists Ken Seeley, Michael Gonzales, Vance Johnson (former Denver Broncos player), Dave Marlon and Leticia Murphy work against the clock as they try to help these individuals beat their addictions and educate the public on what it takes to overcome substance abuse.

The Emmy award-winning series Intervention profiles people whose uncontrollable addiction to drugs, alcohol or compulsive behavior has brought them to the brink of destruction and has devastated their family and friends. This season kicks off with 3 never-before-seen episodes from various cities and culminates with a new 5 episode run anchored in California which confronts the Fentanyl Crisis. The California episodes begin airing on November 8.

“Intervention” is produced by GRB Studios for A&E Network with Gary R. Benz and Tucia Lyman serving as Executive Producers. Brad Holcman serving as an Executive Producer for A&E Network. A+E Networks holds worldwide distribution rights for “Intervention.”

The last episode of the series was released on December 6, 2021 in the US.
