  1. I was out of white wine vinegar so I substituted 1/2 white wine and 1/2 red wine vinegar it was good thanks for the recipe!   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal MARYANNE M. Reply 2
  2. We made this in a pinch because we were missing dijon mustard for a pan sauce. Followed directions exactly and it was VILE. Tasted so bitter, like straight vinegar and dry mustard powder, it was offensive. We tried to add more mayo and sugar to make it better, to no avail. We ended up throwing it out and went without it was so bad.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal amyf584 Reply 1 See 7 Replies
  3. Had to throw it away. Too much wine wine vinegar, sour and tart.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Anonymous Reply
  4. This was really excellent. I make a lot of my own condiments---a good tip for this one (unless in a hurry) is to make ahead a refrigerate overnight.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Night W. Reply
  5. I researched how to bake ribs. Somehow I ended up seeing this recipe on how to make dijon mustard. So glad I did. Used it as a rub along with other spices. The ribs were the best I ever ate. I will never buy Dijon again, will always make my own using this awesome recipe!! I did not change the recipe, perfect as it is.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Nana M. Reply
