Whyte has not fought since being stopped by Tyson Fury at Wembley Stadium back in April, which saw him lose after a long wait for a title challenge. He now finds himself outside of the heavyweight title picture for the first time in several years and will need to oust other contenders to boost his chances of challenging for the crown.
Several options could be on the table with a host of broadcasters interested in working with Whyte including Eddie Hearn and DAZN. Promoter Ben Shalom is hopeful of working with Whyte in the future with the heavyweight aware of their interest. "He is a free agent so he knows that we are interested," Shalom told Mirror Fighting courtesy of Bet365 when asked about Whyte fighting with BOXXER. "He also knows that DAZN and BT are interested. He is coming off a loss that he will feel he probably wasn't himself but there are a lot of opportunities at the heavyweight division.

We have been in talks and we hope that one day we will work with Dillian Whyte but it will be his choice and the time when he feels ready. It was obviously a big loss against Tyson Fury and one that he will take his time to recover from."
A whole host of fights could be available for Whyte with a rematch against Joseph Parker likely to be high on the agenda with the New Zealander having inked a deal with BOXXER. Whyte has already verbally agreed to a second meeting with Parker, as he looks to defeat the leading contender for a second time.
The 'Body Snatcher' is likely to have alternative offers including a third meeting with long-term rival Chisora who recently came through a rematch with Kubrat Pulev. Promoter Frank Warren could also look to put forward an offer possessing the likes of Joe Joyce and Daniel Dubois in his stable who have expressed interest in meeting Whyte.

His recent rival Fury believes he should instead accept a fight with rising star Dubois, with a win giving him redemption and a shot at gaining ranking with the WBA. “If I’m Dillian Whyte, I’m excited to take that fight,” Fury said on Queensberry Promotions’ YouTube channel. “You’re coming off a loss to the best fighter that’s ever lived. You’ve got to redeem yourself.
"What better way to do it than against a younger guy, a world champion and everyone’s going to watch it. It’s a great fight and I definitely expect Dillian Whyte to take it and Daniel Dubois to take it. It’s a great fight for British boxing, I for one would buy a pay-per-view to watch it for sure.”
