What does it mean if a game is "director's cut" Is it the full game still or some of it? This has been bugging me and there's probably a discussion about it, link me to it if there is, thanks. < > Showing 1-6 of 6 comments Kargor View Profile View Posts 26 Jun, 2014 @ 3:42pm Like with all gaming-related terms, there is no defined meaning for this one -- it can mean anything. So, what exactly changed between a "normal" and a "directors cut" version varies between games. #1 HLCinSC View Profile View Posts 26 Jun, 2014 @ 3:57pm Director's cut means it is the version preferred by the projects lead. Most times it includes extra scenes and content. #2 SkaDADDY View Profile View Posts 26 Jun, 2014 @ 6:03pm

Originally posted by Rahul Garg:In this Director's Cut Version you get some extra content (videos, costumes or other things which maybe graphics changes and enhancements). in standard version you get limited things to do. so if you want to play game or don't know which version is best so only play latest version. because latest version of the game is completely patched and add some new content with time.
And you think after 9 YEARS he wasn't able to figure this out himself? #5 76561199382653044 View Profile View Posts 13 Dec, 2023 @ 12:22am This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion. #6 < > Showing 1-6 of 6 comments Per page: 1530 50 All Discussions > Steam Forums > Help and Tips > Topic Details Date Posted: 26 Jun, 2014 @ 1:53pmPosts: 6 Start a New Discussion Discussions Rules and Guidelines Close
