What channel is HBO Max on DIRECTV?

HBO Max does not have a dedicated channel on DIRECTV. Instead, it’s available as a streaming service that you can access through the HBO Max app on smart devices, streaming players, or through the DIRECTV app.

However, if you have a HBO Max subscription through DIRECTV, you can watch HBO channels, which are included with HBO Max, on the following DIRECTV channel numbers:

HBO (East): Channel 501

HBO 2 (East/West): Channels 502-503

HBO Signature: Channel 504

HBO Comedy: Channel 506

HBO Zone: Channel 508
