Staff are really kind, although it sometimes can take a couple of days to respond to tickets made through Discord. Incredible community. One addition that I would like to see: every time that a Legendary Pokemon has a chance of spawning and doesn't, the next opportunity will have a higher chance (maybe 5% - 10% more).
