It sounds like you're saying you randomly disconnect from games. I'll try to help with this. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

Have you tried opening the ports for Apex? They are listed here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/. Also, have you power cycled your modem/router since this started happening?

Hello, @TRAYARCK.

 

Did you also power cycle your console? If you're on PC, did you restart it? This should be done when you power cycle your network equipment.
