My love interest for certain roles will be like 5’3. I just got turned down for a role recently because of my height. They make me feel like I’m Shaq. You could easily get away with a full 6'3 claim, but it wouldn't be honest. Many people likely guess you at 6'4 unless you have a really wide frame carrying lots of weight. I personally would claim a height that is exactly 1/2 inch less than my second-out-of-bed-height. So that would be 6'2 and 1/4. A 6'2 1/2 claim is fine if you want to go that route. If I were you though just claim a modest flat 6'2 (188) and see what kind of reactions you get. I'm 6'1 and 3/4 (Strong 187) and I just tell people in person I'm 6'1 and they're usually surprised thinking I should be more.
