Hence, it’s new nick name, the DMV. It is officially ranked the 9th biggest Metropolitan Area in the United States and is actually divided into two separate Metropolitan Divisions. Washington, Arlington and Alexandria make up the biggest majority of the population includes both Montgomery and Frederick Counties, make up the Washington Metropolitan Area, MD Metropolitan Division.
