How to Dissolve a Florida LLC:

To dissolve an LLC in Florida you file Articles of Dissolution with the Florida Division of Corporations, Registration Section. There is a $25 filing fee. You can receive a certified copy for an additional $30.

If you want to file your LLC dissolution online, you can pay with a creditor debit card in your Sunbiz E-File Account. By mail, you should submit a check made payable to the Florida Department of State.

Included with the form is a Cover Letter, which needs to be sent with the articles. When the Florida LLC dissolution is complete, a certificate will be issued by the DOC along with an official letter acknowledging the LLC dissolution.
