you get to activate the Knight Fall protocol after you finish the main story and complete at least 7 side missions...they can be ANY 7...tho I'm not sure if the Season of Infamy ones count as part of the 7.....if you get all the Riddler trophies and put him in jail then you can see the 'epitaph' ending that takes place some weeks after the Protocol ending.
