By request, here’s my “Where in The World” for the Bateses’ Residences, as of April 2021.  (As with the Prior Post, all of this data was readily accessible either through information on the show or publicly accessible, free, online searchable records.  I’m also not including addresses, because that’s a bit much.)

Gil + Kelly Jo (Callaham) Bates, and all the Unmarried Children, live in Rocky Top, Anderson County, Tennessee.  The sprawling, rural property has 25 Acres—most of it hilly and wooded—and a large home.  The Bateses bought the lot, and included small (~1,000 Sq. Foot) house, in 2005.  The Bateses lived in that small house until Summer 2008, when the Duggar and Wilson Families treated Kelly to a home remodel for Mother’s Day.  (19 Kids & Counting (8–4–09 and 8–11–09), “Duggars and Bateses Reloaded” and “DIY Duggars.”)  The over–the–top renovation added nearly 3,000 Sq. Feet to the house, ultimately making it an impressive 4,531 Sq. Feet across 3 Stories.

Zach + Whitney (Perkins) Bates, plus Bradley, Kaci, and Khloé, live in a home they bought on November 15, 2017.  Located in Rocky Top, Anderson County, Tennessee, and built in 1970, it’s a 1,188 Sq. Foot ranch–style house that Zach + Whitney fully–renovated in 2017–2018.  While it sits on 0.52 Acres, the Bates–Perkinses also bought the vacant parcel next–door, so their lot size totals nearly 1 Acre.

The Bates–Perkins’s Home is a ~3.3 Mile Drive from the Gil + Kelly’s House.

Michaela (Bates) + Brandon Keilen moved back to Tennessee in 2019.  There aren’t any records to indicate they’ve purchased property, since then.  As such, it’s reasonable to assume they’re still renting the house in Norris, Anderson, TN, which they were shown moving into on Bringing Up Bates (11–14–19), “Home is Where The Heart Is.”  (Note—This isn’t the same house they’re shown touring in Bringing Up Bates (10–3–19), “A Dance with Dad and A Wedding To Plan.”  It is clear they’re different because that house didn’t have tile floors!  Though…  Fun Fact:  Carlin + Evan did end up moving into that house that the Keilens toured!)

Duggar Data isn’t sure of the exact location of the Keilens’ Rental, but Norris is a ~10 Mile Drive to Gil + Kelly’s House.

Erin (Bates) + Chad Paine, and their 4 Children, have lived in the same Rental House since marrying in 2013.  It’s a 2 Bed, 1 Bath single–family home.  It was built in 1900, has 1,030 Sq. Feet, and sits on 4.0 Acres.  It’s located in Clinton, Anderson County, Tennessee.  It doesn’t appear to be owned by Gil + Kelly Jo, nor any other Bates relative, or any notable Bates–adjacent person.

The Paines’ Rental House is a ~10.5 Mile Drive from Gil + Kelly’s House. 

Alyssa (Bates) + John Webster, and their 4 Girls, just bought, renovated, and moved into a new–to–them two–story, single–family home in Clermont, Florida (Lake County).  The house features 3 Beds and 3 Baths across 2,687 Sq. Feet.  Outside, there’s a screened–in, in–ground pool.  The lot is 0.28 Acres.

The Websters’ House is a ~654 Mile Drive from Gil + Kelly’s House.

Tori (Bates) + Bobby Smith, plus Kade and Kolter, quietly purchased a home back in December 2020.  It’s a 2 Bed, 1 Bath single–family, ranch–style home, featuring 960–1,008 Sq. Feet.  (There’s a discrepancy between the listing and public records.)  It was built in 1972, but was fully–renovated by prior owners.  The lot is 0.52 Acres.  It’s located in Rocky Top, Anderson County, Tennessee.  Perhaps more notably, it’s actually just 1 House Down from Zach + Whitney’s House!

The Smiths’ Home is a ~3.3 Mile Drive from the Gil + Kelly’s House.  (And it’s literally 350 Feet from Zach + Whitney’s House.) 

Carlin (Bates) + Evan Stewart, and Daughter Layla, currently rent half of a duplex in Norris, Anderson County, Tennessee.  (Incidentally, it’s the same house that Michaela + Brandon were shown touring on Bringing Up Bates (10–3–19), “A Dance with Dad and A Wedding To Plan.”  The Keilens apparently passed on the unit, probably because of its size.)  It’s ~700 Sq. Feet, on a 0.44 Acre lot.  It’s owned by family friends of the Bateses.  (See Bringing Up Bates (10–3–19), “A Dance with Dad and A Wedding To Plan.”)

According to Carlin’s IG Story on April 25, 2021, they are trying to buy a house ASAP.

The Stewarts’ Rental is a ~10.1 Mile Drive from Gil + Kelly’s House.

Josie (Bates) + Kelton Balka, and their Daughter Willow, live in a house they own in Knxoville, Knox County, Tennessee.  They bought the house in July of 2019, shortly after Willow’s Birth.  It is a 3 Bed, 2 Bath red brick ranch, which spans 1,275 Sq. Feet, and sits on 0.7 Acres.  It was built in 1972, and Josie + Kelton did major renovations to modernize it.  (See Bringing Up Bates (3–18–20), “First Home and Strict Chaperones.”)

The Balkas’ Home is a ~22.2 Mile Drive from Gil + Kelly’s House.
