As far as i know, there aren’t any super specific weight/bust requirements. they have costumes for each character that range from size 2-12 and they can mix and match tops and bottoms etc. if need be to accommodate for a “larger than average” bust.

As far as heights, the requirements that have been posted on the disney auditions websites are:

Females:

Elsa, Anna, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, Ariel, Snow White, and Jasmine: 5’3” - 5’7”
Mulan: 5’2” - 5’6”
Tiana and Pocahontas: 5’5” - 5’8”
Merida and Jane: 5’4” - 5’6”
Tinkerbell and Periwinkle : 4’10 - 5’2”
Rosetta, Silvermist, Iridessa, and Fawn: 5’2” - 5’5”
Vidia, Flora, Fauna, Merryweather, and (Cinderella’s) Fairy Godmother: 5’4” - 5’6”
Mary Poppins: 5’5” - 5’8"
Alice and Wendy: 4’10” - 5’4”
Esmeralda: 5’7” - 5’10”
Meg: 5’6” - 5’8”
All female villains: 5’6” - 5’10”

Males:

All Princes (and Bert, Hercules, etc.): 5’10” - 6’2”
Terrence: 5’4” - 5’7”
Mad Hatter and Peter Pan: 5’0” - 5’6”
Jack Sparrow: 5’7” - 6’1”
Gaston: 5’11” - 6’3”
Dr. Facilier: 6’0” - 6’6”

Now bear in mind that these are just general guidelines which are mostly put in place so that the characters look a certain way when seen with other characters (like the prince should be taller than the princess). If you have the look and attitude that is spot on for a character but you’re a couple inches off one way or another, you should still give it a shot because you’ll never know what exactly they’re looking for and if you’ve got it!
