Its also really irritated and itches a little and burns. Ive made the doc check for every vaginal ailment known to man and he says nothings "wrong". But I want my vagina back! Lol vagisil helps some but it burns for like hell for the first 30 seconds..then feels better. Ive also tried lanolin, earth mama bottom spray, earth mama bottom balm, lotrimin and washing only with vagisil sensitive wash or johnsons head to toe baby wash. Ive even tried using nothing for a few days thinking the creams were irritating it. I also wipe with pampers sensitive wipes to help too. Im just at a total loss for what to do. I really dont want to go into a vaginal delivery with a really irritated vagina. Any ideas anyone?Original poster's comments (5)go to original poster's comments pageno reactions0 Advertisement | page continues below

  • kKittyKatD Posted 04-03-12Maybe u have a rash.. try baby bum cream! :)
  • member avatarcarrigan1412 Original PosterInactivePosted 04-03-12It still looks normal..no bumps or anything that looks like a rash. And ob has checked it quite a few times and id hope he could recognize a rash or im a bit concerned to have him deliver lol. Its just puffy red and swollen. I have some triple paste which is zinc oxide cream...but its thick and im worried that with as much as I pee its gonna make it worse rubbing off the old and applying new each time. But im about desperate enough to try.Advertisement | page continues below

yeah i tried it a few weeks ago and in the warning it says it may burn at first!

  • member avatarcarrigan1412 Original PosterInactivePosted 04-03-12I swear a man mustve made that cream. Who the hell makes a cream for painful irritation that BURNS?? Even if only right at first..thats some evil shit right there lol. Of all the creams ive tried its the ONLY one that hurts when I put it on.
  • mMs.KandiC Posted 04-03-12It's normal to be swollen and a little sore down there. Leave it alone. Your doctor didn't advise you about your problem?
  • hhayden_06_hunter_12 Posted 04-03-12I thought I was the only one. I've just started wearing boxers so that there is nothing to irritate it and just keeping it dry and clean. Sometimes I'll use baby powders or some diaper rash cream. My doc told me last week that its nothing to worry about some women get it from all the extra blood flow and swelling.
  • member avatarcarrigan1412 Original PosterInactivePosted 04-03-12He just said its "normal" but surely there is SOMETHING. Ive tried no panties or boxers too to give it some air lol but if I just let it go with nothing on it it becomes unbearable. And ive told my doc all of this and he keeps saying its normal but ive never had this problem with my other two pregnancies. Theres gotta be something that helps.
  • mmyheartbeat1 Posted 04-03-12I think u might be using too many stuff down there the vagasil always gives a burning feeling and I like the feeling because I think its working then...but I'd suggest u only use the vagasil and the wash only
  • member avatarcarrigan1412 Original PosterInactivePosted 04-03-12Im not using them all at once lol ive tried them over the last few weeks and ive been using vagisil only the last couple days. And ive tried going a few days with nothing but that was a horrid experience!
