Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest Cheats For SNES

Cheat Mode

To activate cheat mode, select a file or start a new one, then highlight Two Player Contest and press Down on the D-pad 5 times. This will unlock the Music Test but if you press Down on the D-pad 5 more times it will unlock the cheat mode. Once the cheat mode is active, use the cheat codes below. If you enter them correctly, you will hear Diddy make a sound.

75 Kremcoins

To get 75 free Kremcoins as soon as your start the game, go to the first level "Pirate Panic" and walk forward until you see King K. Rool's cabin entrance. The entrance to the cabin will be at the first dropdown from the deck you are on and it will be on your left, also, make sure not the grab the two bananas in front of the cabin entrance. Walk into King K. Rool's cabin, make sure not to grab the red balloon, and walk back out avoiding the two bananas again. Walk till you get to the barrels with a bunch of bananas above them and grab the bananas. Now head back to King K. Rool's cabin while still avoiding the two bananas outside the entrance and enter the cabin. This time you will grab the red balloon, then make your way back to the barrels with the bunch of bananas above and grab the bananas again. Make your way back to King K. Rool's cabin one last time and you will be rewarded with 75 Kremcoins.

Alternate Ending

To view an alternate ending of the game, collect all 40 DK coins.

Music Test

To unlock the Music Test, select a file or start a new one, then highlight Two Player Contest and press Down on the D-pad 5 times.
