How do we use this product?

Every morning take 2 Tablespoons of SuperFood Plus powder blended with 8-oz. of organic fruit or vegetable juice and 8-oz. of pure water. You can also add the powder to baked potatoes, rice, pasta, salads or transform any typical watery restaurant soup into Grandma's thick, tasty and nutritionally potent soup!

Boosts my immunity. Convenient to take powder format, I mix it with vegan protein powder. It's more convenient to take vs the tablets because the tablets are too big for me.
