Step 1: Materials
For this tutorial, I use the following materials but you can always use different materials. This is for demo ore presentation purposes only.
- Foam Sheets
- Or try felt, fabric, construction papers
- Cut sheet into 5 inches by 3 inches
- Ruler
- or any straight edge
- Cutter/scissors
- Crafting/cutting board
- This is optional but it made my work easier as the measurement is always available.
- Pencil/pen
Step 2: Slideshow/video Highlights.
Step 3: Number Zero
- Start by cutting a 5 inches by 3 inches material.
- Place it on a crafting board as it is easier to see the measurements.
- For all the corners, draw a diagonal line with 1" by 1" edges.
- Cut.
- Remove the extras.
- Mark the center of the 0 with 3" x 1".
- Cut.
- For white background, peel of stickers at back or glue it on your background material.
- Measure between 1/8 " and 2/8 " around. Then cut.
Step 4: Number One
- Start by cutting a 5 inches by 3 inches material.
- Place it on a crafting board as it is easier to see the measurements.
