Drawing baggy pants Step 1Start with this, I don't unless it is a new pose or a hard one to draw. Step 2Now add wrinkles at the knees and waist. Also put a little on the front of the knee. Step 3Now add the folds to the front of the pants. Longer folds above the knee and twice as many below the knee. Also put the croch folds on now and the botom hem on the pants. Step 4Outline the pants. Do this and go out more where you have a fold. get it the way you want it to look. Step 5Erase the original pencil marks and color. Darken below the folds and light right above the folds.(not shown) Now you are done keep practicing and it will get a lot easier and you can try putting more folds or less folds. Hope I helped.

Tips

  • Learn to take pictures of people you see. Better yet get someone to pose for your pictures. I recomend having them wear light colored pants. Not Jeans
  • At first make your drawings black and white. Later when you are better then try coloring them.
  • Watch as much anime as posible. Read as much manga as posible.
