Introduction
Dustin Lynch is an American country music singer and songwriter with an estimated net worth of $6 Million.
Lynch is signed to Broken Bow Records and has released six albums and one EP with the label to date. He began playing the guitar when he was around 8 or 9 years old.
Net Worth History
When we first began researching Dustin Lynch’s net worth in 2021, estimates placed it at $6 million. Since then, his music career has been relatively stagnant, bar his 2024 single “Chevrolet” with Jelly Roll, which has been viewed 5.5 million times on YouTube. Thus, estimates of his current net worth as of 2025 have remained relatively the same, ranging between $5 million and $7 million.
Music Career
After graduating from Lipscomb University in Nashville with a B.S. in biology, Dustin Lynch decided to pursue a career in music. While he’d first considered entering medical school, having played at the Bluebird café through college, there was no denying Lynch’s musical abilities.
In 2011, Lynch was signed to Valory Music Group but later switched to Broken Bow Records to release his debut single, “Cowboys and Angels.” Following the release of his single, Lynch began being streamed on Country Weekly’s website, which helped his exposure. Like Blake Shelton, Dustin Lynch had come from humble beginnings, but with his talent, he grew into an overnight country music sensation.
Hitting The Big Time
Dustin Lynch released his self-titled debut album in August 2012, and it quickly climbed to the top of the Country Album chart. At the same time, his second single, “She Cranks My Tractor,” hit the Top 20, and he co-wrote Dallas Smith’s “Somebody Somewhere” and James Wesley’s “Thank a Farmer.”
In 2014, Lynch released the lead single from his second album, “Where It’s At,” before dropping the album Where It’s At in September. The single and the album reached no. 1 on the Country Airplay charts, marking Lynch’s first time at the top.
In 2016, he released “Seein’ Red,” the lead single from his third album, Current Mood, which also reached the top of the Airplay chart. While the album wasn’t a runaway success, it did hit no. 2 on the US Top Country Albums chart and no. 3 on the Independent Albums chart.
Recent Work
Dustin Lynch appeared at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2017 and performed his famous single “Small Town Boy.”
Trace Adkins invited him to the Grand Ole Opry in 2018, and Reba McEntire officially inducted him soon after. The same year, he co-wrote Brett Kissel’s hit song “Guitars and Gasoline” and released his single “Good Girl.”
Lynch released his EP Ridin’ Roads in March 2019, and its title track reached No. 1 on the Country Airplay charts by 2020. That song would become the second single from Lynch’s fourth album, Tullahoma, which was released in January 2020.
At the same time, “Good Girl” made Lynch a BMI Country Songwriter Honoree, and Ridin’ Roads earned him a spot in the BMI Country Top 50.
Lynch released his fifth studio album, Blue in the Sky, in 2022, featuring Chris Lane on the lead single “Tequila on a Boat.” He recently released Killed the Cowboy in 2023, including the single “Chevrolet” featuring Jelly Roll.
In April 2024, he embarked on his “Killed the Cowboy” Tour, which kicked off in South Dakota and will conclude in Tucson, Arizona, in September.
