How to Get Go through the ramp maze in the basement level then head up the stairs.

Find the Secret Entrance

The basement floor of Wayward Cave containing Earthquake (TM26) is only accessible if the player has access to Strength by getting the 6th Badge and unlocking the Hidden Move in the Lost Tower.

After getting Strength, use Cut to go under Cycling Road on Route 206, and go to the top left of the area under the road, west of the main Wayward Cave entrance. Then, walk 2 tiles to the right and go up. From there, use Strength and go left down the stairs to enter B1F.

Solve the Ramp Puzzle

After entering B1F, you'll need to traverse a maze of ramps on your bike. Earthquake (TM26) is located up the stairs in the bottom right corner, at the end of the maze.

Battle Park Exchange Service Corner

This TM can be purchased at the Exchange Service Corner in the Battle Park for 80 Battle Points.
