1. Hi! Just wondered why when I type the nutrition info into my Weight Watchers Calculator it comes up to 5 points. Must be the butter?? I think I'll cut back on the butter for fewer points. icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Tawny B. Reply 1 See 2 Replies
2. Just curious if this recipe calls for 1 tsp of the season salt and pepper and paprika or if the pepper and paprika are just a dash? icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Mary Kay W. Reply See 1 Reply

1. Trying to get my husband to eat fish any other way than fried has been a challenge. We all thought this was delicious and it was easy on the cook (that's me) because it was simple to make. The fillets were tender and the seasoning was slightly spicy but not overdone. Thanks Nurse Di, for another great recipe. icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal marileamills Reply 2
2. This was my very first attempt at making any kind of fish (besides canned tuna) and it does not get any quicker or easier than this. The seasonings were very good and I will make it again. Thanks icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Sherri35 Reply 2

1. This was my first time ever making orange roughy. I really enjoyed it, but my boyfriend thought that the flavor was good, but the fish taste to fishy. I substituted season salt for kosher salt and when it was done it melted in your mouth. I served with cheesy broccoli. I was trying to use what we already had in the house. JLPadron86 Reply 1

3. Easy and delicious.

You can make it vegan (if you want) by using something like Earth Balance instead of butter. I've made this time and time again. It's a real winner. uberneko Reply See 1 Reply
4. We have started to add more fish to our diets and have been trying to eat it atleast 1-2 times a week. Orange Roughy is one of our favorites, and this was a simple delicious, healthy way of preparing. BTW I substituted olive oil for the butter. DbKnadler Reply
5. Easy and absolutely delicious! I used salmon instead of orange roughy, and it turned out great - the fish was tender and flaky, with just enough of a kick to it. I'll definitely make this again - thanks, Nurse Di! bunkie68 Reply
