Other than melting the chocolate there is no cooking required so they are great for getting the kids involved in the kitchen.

The first step is to add boiling water to a saucepan and put a large bowl on top of it.
Make sure the bowl sits in the water. The bottom of the bowl should touch it.

Add the chocolate and cook on a very low simmer until the chocolate has melted.
Add the peanuts are stir until they are completely coated in the chocolate.

Remove the bowl from the water and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Take a heaped dessert spoon of the mixture and add it to the tray.
Repeat until all the mixture has been used.

You should be able to make about 25 clusters from the mixture.
Pop trays in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm them up.

Recipe FAQ's
Milk or Dark Chocolate - I use milk chocolate in this recipe but dark chocolate will work too. Or even a mix of both.
Dairy Free - If you want to make these peanut clusters dairy free then it's totally fine to use dairy free chocolate.
Salted or Unsalted Peanuts - I prefer using salted peanuts in this recipe as the contrast with the sweet chocolate is just delicious. But unsalted will work too.
Nut Free - If you want to make something similar but nut free then have a look at my Rocky Road Bites.
