You can edit and delete the Pins you’ve created and saved on Pinterest. Before deleting a Pin, make sure you no longer want the Pin to appear on your profile or board since deleted Pins cannot be recovered.

Depending on the Pin, you may be able to edit a Pin’s title, details, description, board, section and comment settings. The details you can edit vary based on how the Pin was created.

Keep in mind, you cannot edit a Pin’s image, video or audio contents once it’s been published. Instead, you’ll need to create a new Pin.

How to edit a Pin

Log in to your Pinterest account

Click your profile picture at the top-right of your screen

Look through your Pins until you find the Pin you want to edit

Click the Pin to open it

Click the ellipsis icon , then select Edit Pin

Update the details you want to change

• Depending on the Pin, you may have the option to edit the following:
  • Title
  • Description
  • Link
  • Board
  • Comment settings

Click Save to saveyour changes

Open the Pinterest app and log in to your account

Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right of your screen

Look through your Pins until you find the Pin you want to edit

Tap the Pin to open it

Tap the ellipsis icon in the top-right corner of the Pin, then tap the edit option

How to delete a Pin

Note: Once a Pin is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Log in to your Pinterest account

Click your profile picture at the top-right of your screen

Look through your Pins until you find the Pin you want to edit

Click the Pin to open it

Click the ellipsis icon, , then select Edit Pin

Click Delete at the bottom-left corner

Click Delete again to confirm

Open the Pinterest app and log in to your account

Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right of your screen

Look through your Pins until you find the Pin you want to edit

Tap the Pin to open it

Tap the ellipsis icon in the top-right corner of the Pin, then tap the edit option

Tap Delete this Pin or the trashcan icon at the bottom of the screen

Tap Delete to confirm

Open the Pinterest app and log in to your account

Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right of your screen

Look through your Pins until you find the Pin you want to edit

Tap the Pin to open it

Tap the ellipsis icon in the top-right corner of the Pin, then tap the edit option
