Egg Patties - From Michigan To The Table

How to Make an Egg Patty

I like to make 3 different types of egg patties depending on what I am making and who I am making them for. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat or 400°F for an Electric Blackstone Griddle.

My number one tip is to grease the mold and griddle surface with cooking spray to help with the sticking. Make sure to use fresh eggs.

After the fresh eggs have been poured into the mold, season them with salt and pepper. Cover with a dome lid to help with the cooking process.
