Electabuzz is an electric type Pokemon introduced in Generation I. It is usually found near the power plants. They can wander away and even cause blackouts in cities. Interestingly, electricity runs across its body and when it is dark, its entire body glows. Static and Vital Spirit are the abilities that this Pokemon boasts of.
There are many attacks in Electabuzz moveset. Some of these Electabuzz attacks are Low Kick, Thunder Shock, Thunder, Thunderbolt, and Thunder Punch. Some of the Electabuzz best sets and best tactics are Shock Wave, Thunder Wave, Cross Chop, and Karate Chop.
