Emily Jordan Osment (born March 10, 1992) is an American actress, singer and songwriter. She is perhaps best known for her role as Lilly Truscott on the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana and appeared in the theatrical film based on the series, Hannah Montana: The Movie.

She portrayed Gerti Giggles in Spy Kids, Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams, and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.

Early life[]

Osment was born in Los Angeles, where she & her family still resides, to actor Michael Eugene Osment,[1] and Theresa Osment (née Seifert), an English teacher.[2][3] Her father has appeared in various films and was in her movie Soccer Mom, and her older brother is the Academy Award-nominated actor Haley Joel Osment. She was raised Roman Catholic.[4]
