Ring Tailed Lemur Encounter

Indian Creek Zoo Ring Tailed Lemur Encounter allows you to get up close and personal with lemurs.  An Indian Creek Zoo Lemur Encounter is a memory your family will talk about for years!

During your encounter, you will be able to feed the lemurs, watch them paint a canvas and take home as a keepsake.

RULES

  • Children must be ages 7 & older and accompanied by a parent / adult. Both child and adult must have a paid encounter ticket
  • Lemur Encounters must be booked online
  • You must adhere to all of Indian Creek Zoo’s rules
  • Photos are allowed
  • You must wash your hands prior to the adventure, as you will be feeding our lemurs
  • Zoo admission is required (May-Sept)

BOOK NOW Wolf Encounter
Get up close and personal with our wolves.  You will stand alongside our trainers and interact and assist in daily care, such as brushing them, assisting in training sessions, and delivering enrichment. Our wolves enjoy visitor attention as enrichment, you’ll see. Whileyou focus on the wolves, our training team will take photos while you learn about their care, individual characteristics, and the importance of theirconservation in the wild. 
A portion of proceeds will be donated to wolf conservation efforts.

  • As we begin our encounters, we are currently only allowing a total of four people per encounter and only ages 12 and older at this time.
  • You must book your encounter online.
  •  Attendees must keep a calm behavior and follow all guidelines and instructions from the trainers. Trainers reserve the right to stop the encounter immediately if guidelines are not being followed.
  • Encounters will last 20-30 minutes and currently up to 4 people at a time.
  • Attention to details and guidance by the keeper must be abided or the encounter will be ended.
  • Zoo admission is required (May-Sept)

During your encounter, you will be able to feed the lemurs, watch them paint a canvas and take home as a keepsake. Our trainers will share educational content about red-ruffed lemurs, their conservation statistics, and facts about these amazing prosimians. Not only will you cherish this unique interaction, but you’ll also be making a difference, as a portion of the proceeds from your encounter will be donated to vital conservation efforts. Get Ready for Otterly Adorable Fun!Come hang out with our adorable otter duo, Peach and Daisy — the cutest Asian Small-Clawed Otters you’ll ever meet! Watch them splash in the pool, play with their toys, and maybe even snuggle up on your lap to dry off. Along the way, you’ll learn all sorts of fun facts about their playful personalities and how we care for them – all while making unforgettable memories.

  • You must book your encounter online.
  • Ages: 8 and older, children must accompanied by a parent / adult. Both child and adult must have a paid encounter ticket
  •  Attendees must keep a calm behavior and follow all guidelines and instructions from the trainers. Trainers reserve the right to stop the encounter immediately if guidelines are not being followed.
    • No open toes shoes or crocs
    • No long dangly earrings, necklaces tucked into shirt
    • Long hair must be pulled back into a ponytail
    • Clothing may get wet
    • Meet physical requirements like the ability to squat, kneel, and stand up quickly
    • Only ticketed people will be allowed within the Animal Encounter area. Each encounter lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Indian Creek Zoo Sloth Encounter allows you to get a close-up experience of how sloths live and how we take care of our sloths. An Indian Creek Zoo Sloth Encounter is an awesome experience that is sure to please anybody that signs up. The Sloth experience is open year-round!

During your encounter, you will be able to get up-close pictures with a sloth, touch a sloth, and feed a sloth! (we do not allow holding of the sloths)
