This silky smooth, indulgently creamy and deliciously thick Devon Cream Company Clotted Cream is an English classic treat that we like to spread on everything – especially scones, muffins and fresh fruit. It’s an essential ingredient for a traditional English cream tea.

Devon Cream Company has been producing their exceptional range for over 30 years, using the finest quality milk. Sweet and silky clotted cream is made by heating the milk in a water bath and then cooling slowly, which allows the cream to rise, “clotting” at the top. It has a minimum of 55% fat content – think thick and rich, almost butter. Buy clotted cream and serve it with pancakes, angel food cake, hot biscuits, ice creams and anywhere you want to add rich, sweet flavor.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 5 days of opening.
