This application is subjected but not limited to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and are to be read together with the Conditions of Use found at the footer of the [email protected] website accessed via onemotoring.lta.gov.sg. 2. The vehicle insurance particulars available through this service are based on information furnished to us from insurance agencies. The Land Transport Authority shall not be responsible for the correctness, completeness or accuracy of these particulars. 3. The prevailing enquiry fee on vehicle insurance particulars shall apply at point of successful search. The applicant is not allowed to make any changes or cancel the enquiry once payment has been made. Any changes or refund requested by the applicant will be at the discretion of the Registrar. 4. The prescribed fee for successful search on vehicle insurance particulars shall be made through the available payment methods displayed on the subsequent payment page. We reserve the right to revise the prescribed fee without prior notice. 5. If the applicant encounters any difficulty in retrieving the information requested, he/she shall notify the Land Transport Authority at Tel: 1800-CALL-LTA (1800-2255 582) and provide the necessary particulars of the enquiry as required by the Land Transport Authority within next 7 days from the date of enquiry. 6. The business transaction reference number and receipt number (generated and displayed on the tax invoice/receipt) must be quoted when making enquiries with us. 7. Without prejudice to the Conditions of Use, the Land Transport Authority shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or expenses including direct, indirect, special, punitive, economic or consequential losses and damages, howsoever arising from or in connection with this application. 8. Obtain consent for collection, use and disclosure of personal data: You consent to us collecting from and/or disclosing to any other Government agency or public authority, and/or using, your personally identifiable data, including those that you have provided in this application, so as to serve you in an efficient and effective way. In addition, you consent to us collecting from and/or disclosing to any person (whether a natural person or a body corporate), and/or using, your personally identifiable data (i) where such person has been authorised to carry out any specific service on behalf of the Government or a public authority; (ii) in accordance with legislation under our purview to enable us to perform our functions or duties; (iii) to comply with any order of court; (iv) to comply with any written law; (v) to enable a Town Council to enforce, investigate and/or prosecute an offence under its purview; (vi) for the purpose of any legal proceeding involving any motor vehicle, power-assisted bicycle and/or personal mobility device registered with us; or (vii) for the purpose of taking any action against any person for the breach of any of our terms and conditions (including but not limited to these terms and conditions). Data provided to us may be used for verification and record of your personal particulars, including comparing with information from other sources, and may be used to communicate with you. 9. Indemnity: You hereby undertake and agree to be liable for and to fully indemnify us, and our members, officers, employees and agents (collectively "those indemnified") and hold those indemnified harmless against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, costs (including without limitation legal fees on a solicitor-and-client basis), and including any sum paid in settlement thereof, whatsoever incurred or suffered by those indemnified under any cause of action arising out of or in connection with your application. 10. No Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party whether in contract, tort (including negligence), restitution, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for damage or loss of any kind arising directly or indirectly from your declaration herein. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
