April 24–27, 2025 Navy Pier | Chicago EXPO CHICAGO showcases leading contemporary and modern art galleries each April at Navy Pier’s Festival Hall, alongside a diverse and inventive program of talks, on-site installations, and public art initiatives. Inaugurated in 2012, EXPO CHICAGO draws upon the city’s rich history as a vibrant international cultural destination, while highlighting the region’s contemporary arts community. Saturday, Sept 20 | 10:00am Chicago Athletic Association Moderated by Kate Sierzputowski (Artistic Director, EXPO CHICAGO), featuring Nora Daley (Co-Chair, Chicago Architecture Biennial), Christine Messineo (Director of Americas, Frieze) and Abby Pucker (Founder, Gertie & Producer, CXW). The event coincides with the opening weekend of the Biennial and CXW, bringing together key voices behind these organizations to explore how large-scale cultural initiatives are positioning Chicago as a global destination for contemporary art, architecture, and design.
