I received an email that I won tickets. What now? To claim your tickets and confirm your attendance, you must have a SeatGeek.com account and have completed the Account Linking process. For more info on the process, please visit www.jujamcyn.com/accountlinking.

I don’t live in the New York area. Is transportation provided? Prizing only includes two tickets to the performance. Winners are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.

When is the fan performance? The performance is Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 8pm.

Where is the fan performance? The performance will be held at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre located at 230 W 49th St, New York, NY 10019.

What time does the fan performance start? The performance will begin promptly at 8pm. Doors will open at 7pm.

What time can I arrive at the theatre? Fans will be allowed to line up outside the theatre starting at 6pm.

How long is the show? The running time of the show is approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes, with one intermission.

Do I have to bring My Mission Companion from my entry story as my guest? No, but it would be a lot cooler if you did!

I can’t go. Can I give the tickets to someone else? Tickets are non-transferable. Please email [email protected] if you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a pet as my mission companion? Unless they are a certified service animal, we unfortunately have to ask you to leave your pets behind.
