Bringing the family to the farm to pick your own tree is a beautiful family tradition! The Farm boasts three magical Christmas stores & is home to the Mrs Claus’ Café! The kids can feed Santa’s animals and Santa will be at the farm every weekend throughout harvest. It’s a great day out! The Farm is only a 2.5 hour drive from Brisbane and 1.5 hour drive from Toowoomba.

Families can choose their very own Farm Fresh Christmas Tree from our fields or for your convenience you can choose a pre-cut 5FT | 6FT | 7FT | 8FT | 9FT or 10FT Farm Fresh Christmas Tree from our Harvest Barn which are cut fresh every morning & brought from our GBCF sister farm! 

Tree Stands and tree preservative are available for purchase directly from our farm along with tree skirts and all the decorations and tree toppers you need to make your tree truly beautiful. Happy Decorating!

How to pick a Farm Fresh Christmas Tree?

Head to our beautiful Christmas farm and stroll the thousands of trees at your leisure, grab one of our measuring poles and enjoy finding your perfect Christmas tree. Make sure you snap a family selfie to remember this special moment! Please note if your tree is pre-ordered it will be pre-cut and netted by one of our Harvest Elves for your convenience.

What to bring to the farm?

Come prepared with covered footwear, if we have had lots of rain at the farm the fields can be muddy, sunscreen, hat’s and umbrellas for your babies if the sun is out as you can spend an hour out in the fields picking your favourite tree! And most of all your Christmas Cheer! Pack in the ropes and tarps for your tree’s journey home if your tree is going to ride on roof racks, in the trailer or the back of a ute. 

How do I get my tree home?

Your tree is put through our bailing machine, which wraps your tree securely for its journey home. Your tree will fit in a standard car, if your back seats can fold down through to the boot, alternatively you can bring rope to tie your tree down if you are putting it in a trailer or a ute.

How long will my tree last?

If you follow our tree care tips, your tree should last 4 weeks, some of our customers send us photos of their tree still thriving 6 weeks on!

Can I pre order my Tree?

Yes, you can pre order your tree through our website. Please note if your tree is pre-ordered it will be pre-cut and netted by one of our Harvest Elves for your convenience.

Do you deliver Farm Fresh Christmas Trees?

No, we do not deliver as we believe it is a truly magical experience coming to our farm and picking your very own tree!

Tree Care

1. Cut 2cm off the stump before you place it into a stand with water.
   • This simple measure will enable your Christmas tree to drink water to maintain its freshness.
2. Place the Christmas tree in a CINCO Christmas Tree Stand that can hold at least 4 liters of water as well as your tree.
   • You should expect the tree to take up additional water. Water the new tree until water uptake stops.
3. Check the water level daily. If the water drops below the trunk, the trunk may seal itself and not be able to drink water and the stump will need to be cut again.
   • Straight water is the best way to help keep your real Christmas tree fresh. The Christmas Tree Preservative will also help to promote water absorption and needle retention.
4. Place the tree away from sunlit windows, television sets and other heat sources as they will dry out your tree prematurely.

If properly cared for (using these steps) your real Christmas tree should last up to 4 weeks before drying out.

If you do not wish to put your tree up immediately, store it in a cool place out of the wind and sun in a bucket of water.
