Roger Federer has often changed his racquet models, as time has passed over the past couple of decades. However, he currently uses the Wilson Pro Staff RF 97. With a head size of 97 sq inches, the Pro staff has a string pattern of 16×19, and a variety of grip sizes. The racquet is pretty heavy, as most of the Wilson racquets are, weighing in at 340 grams, without any strings. The length of the racquet is 27 inches and it comes in different colors, with four different finishes- Matt, Gloss, Velvet and Frozen. Federer plays with a tension around 26-27 kilos, which might vary slightly depending on the weather and temperature conditions.
