Install Necessary Tools

  1. Start by installing the Alcatel Mobile Update Tool and after USB Drivers.
  2. In order to connect the phone to PC, you need to install all drivers.
    • Windows 10 users should additionally go to c:\Windows\inf  and search file "wpdmtp.inf" press right button on it and  select INSTALL
