Fish Sticks are one of those go-to foods that I always have in my freezer. My favorite are Gorton’s brand. In fact, they’ve been a favorite of mine since I was a child in the late 80’s and early 90’s!

Back then, my mom would serve our Fish Sticks with mashed potatoes and corn. Little did she know, fish sticks can be used to make some delicious and creative recipes like Fish Sticks Casserole or Cheesy Fish Quesadillas with Salsa and Cilantro Lime Sauce! I love taking a classic or common food and turning it into a fun recipe that makes it even more delicious!

Don’t get me wrong, they’re great by themselves too. I used to love dipping my fish sticks in tartar sauce or ketchup. It did the job back then, but I wish I would have thought to use these other sauces for fish sticks!
