FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Do you provide fillet or steak?

Yes. You can choose fillet, steak or whole at the product page if it is available.

Note: Despite our best effort to debone for fillet, there might still be some fine bones that are undetected. Do take note when feeding your child. Eg. Batang fillets have middle section bones.

I received my order but one item is missing

We do our best to ensure every order is prepared and packed correctly. However, in the event that there are missing items in your order, please contact us and we will replace or provide a refund for the missing item.

Product weight is not as described

If there is a discrepancy in product weight, please provide us with a picture as a a proof and our team will provide a satisfactory recovery on a case-by-case basis (Please note that products are weighed before cleaning and gutting)

Can I order seafood for my party?

Yes, you can. You are encouraged to order 1-2 days in advance if you are preparing for a gathering or a party (just in case there is a delay in delivery that day or no stocks)

Do you provide free delivery?

Yes. We provide free fresh seafood delivery for orders above $80.

When can I receive my order?

Order before 10pm and you will receive your seafood the next day between 630am to 3pm (except Mondays).

If you have specific timing please enter it in the order’s section and our team will their best to attend to your request.

How fresh are your seafood products?

As a wholesale supplier of seafood, FishMart will guarantee that you will receive the freshest seafood straight from the port to your doorstep.

What if I am not home upon delivery?

We will leave your order at your doorstep if there is no body available to receive your order. Your seafood should still be fresh for a few hours as we pack your order in a styrofoam box filled with ice.

How often do you update your prices?

The seafood prices are updated every few days based on the seasonal pricing.

Is cleaning and gutting of fish included?

Yes. Cleaning & gutting of fish is included in the price. Fish are weighed before cleaning and gutting.
