A type of feedback, sure, but you have no actual force applied to the controller to give any feedback. Not like the G27 that has motors to actually apply a force to the wheel to give you feedback.That is neither here nor there though, this is a good find and I thank you for it. I'm pretty sure in this case we're talking force (verb). Since force (verb) is defined as 'strength or energy as an attribute of physical action or movement.'. You've got motors physically spinning a weight around to give you the feeling of vibration (noun). Now a controller vibrating in my hand to me isn't force feedback, as stated before, it is still a feedback but not in our general thinking of force feedback. Actual force feedback generally applies a force or resistance against your force to let you know that something is happening to you. I'm sure the general population would agree that a controller vibrating wouldn't generally count as force feedback, and if asked about force feedback they would name off something like the G27 or the WingMan Force 3D as examples.So thank you Professor Know-It-All for your delightful, if incorrect, english lecture.
