If you are accessing www.creditbureau.com.sg outside of Singapore, your access has been restricted due to security measures we have implemented against foreign IP addressess to safeguard our website.

If you still wish to proceed to obtain a copy of your Singapore credit report, please write in to us at [email protected] and state that you are currently overseas. The processing of your request may take up to 5 business days.

Note: If you are physically in Singapore at any point during the application process, we regret to inform that we will NOT be able to proceed with your request via email. In such cases, you will be required to visit the CBS office instead.

In your email to us, please indicate "Credit Report Application from Overseas" in your email subject title and follow the two (2) steps instructions below:

Personal Identification Documents (PDF/JPG format only)

Note: Digital IDs will not accepted

• For Singaporeans /Permanent Residents

  1. Self-portrait with ID Submission (refer to step 2 below)

  2. Singapore NRIC (front & back)

  3. Passport (for PR only)

• For Foreigners

  1. Self-portrait with ID Submission (refer to step 2 below)

  2. Passport (previous & current during your residency in Singapore)

  3. If applicable - Singapore Employment Pass (front & back)

Self-Portrait with ID Submission (PDF/JPG format only)

Please refer to the below guidelines when taking the self-portrait photo with your ID:

• Hold your identity card/passport next to your face, ensure both your face and the identity card/passport are clearly visible.
• Ensure all the information on the identity card/passport is legible.
• The photo should be taken in a well-lit area.
• Indicate the date which the photo was taken on the image.

Note: If your photo is not of high resolution, we will request another copy from you.
