Flat Shapes Set (F2) flat shapes used to make pictures

Inspired by fuzzy felt, these are simple garter stitch shapes that can be knitted in any colour and arranged to make pictures.

You Will Need:

  • scraps of different colour yarn
  • pair of 3mm knitting needles
  • tapestry needle
  • scissors

Garter Stitch Shapes

Making Up:

Use the loose ends to neaten up the edges and corners of the shape where needed. Flat shapes can be used as sewn on decorations or stuck on decorations. Have fun.

As with most ODDknit patterns the yarn and needle sizes in the "you will need" section are just a guide. Feel free to improvise with whatever needles and yarn you have lying around - that's half the fun!
