    Free Shape Stickers (Kiss Cut)

    Product Features

    • Kiss Cutting

      The sticker is cut from the adhesive layer but leaves the backing sheet intact for easy peeling.

    • Custom Cut to Your Spec

      Create a your fully custom sticker shape to your desired size (min size 10mm x 10mm).

    • Bundle/Individual Cutting

      Choose the individual cutting option or choose for your stickers to be bundled onto sheets.

    Design Guideline

    Precautions

    01. Size & Margin
      • *Small Stickers (5mm & above)
      • - Cutlines within a small 10×10 stickers, may not be cut properly, as it is too small.
      • *Thin / Narrow Shapes
      • - Gaps between thin/narrow lines must be at least 2mm and above.
      • *2mm Gap Spacing
      • - Cutlines and artworks has to be 2mm apart.
      • *When Deluxe Matte Adhesive is selected
      • a) Due to the thickness of the sticker material, the minimum size has to be at least 20x20mm.
      • *When Deluxe Matte Adhesive is selected
      • b) Avoid sharp or jagged edges.
      • *Peeling Off Background
      • - Please gently hold onto to the individual stickers when peeling off the sticker background. This will prevent any tearing or damages.
      • *Multiple Sticker Sheets
      • - Multiple sticker sheets in one big sheet cannot be produced. Please order per sheet design.
    02. Create PDF: Cutting Lines
      • *Adobe Illustrator - Add a layer for the cutting line and Save As PDF.
      • e.g) When Creating a 150x100mm Sticker Sheet
      • *Working Size = 154x104mm
      • Please leave a 5mm gap margin between the cutting line and working size. 144X94mm would be recommended.
      • 1 Create Cutting layer
      • 2 Draw a vector line using Tools > Pen (See Stroke)
      • 3 Adobe PDF Preset : Press Quality >  Acrobat 6 (PDF 1.5) > Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers
      • *Creating Cutting Line
      • If there are too many path line counts, go to Object > Path > Simplify to reduce the counts.
      • *If there is too many path counts in the cutline, it may result in the below image (right).
    03. Path Line Counts - Additional Charges
      • *Additional Charges may apply - Path line counts
      • 1 Additional cost will be incurred for cutting line length (total) of 3.5mm (3500mm) based on an A5 sheet.
      • 2 Check Length of Path [Illustrator]: Window > Document Info > Tribar on right > Objects
    04. Cut Line Corners
      • *These stickers are cut individually, piece by piece.
      • Unlike Thomson die-cutting method, we cut each stickers piece by piece for each sheet. 
      • Due to this, there is a slight cuttting shift of 0.5-1mm during production, especially around corners or edges (arrow in red).
      • *Reference : Thomson Die-cutting (mainly used in bulk printing)
    05. Avoid Lettering Stickers
        • *Minimum Sticker Size
        • - 5×5 (mm) & above
        • - Deluxe Matte Adhesive material: min. 20x20mm and above
        • *5x5mm and below cutline cannot be produced.
        • We recommend to avoid sharp edges or complicated jagged cutlines.
        • (do note that Deluxe Matte Adhesive requires at least 20x20mm)
    06. Between Stickers : 3mm margin gap
        • *Sticker Gap Margin: 3mm and above
        • With a 3mm gap margin, there will be no issues peeling off each individual sticker on the sheet.
    07. 3mm Margin: Between Stickers & Sheet Cut Line
        • *Please place all the stickers within 3mm margin inwards from the sheet cut size. 
        • E.g.)
        • Cutting Size : 150×100(mm)
        • Stickers Safety Area : 144×94(mm) - (circled in Red)
        • *3mm margin gap is required between the stickers and the sheet size.
        • E.g.) For a 150x100mm Sticker Sheet:
        • *Working Size = File Submission in 154x104mm
        • Create the stickers in sheet, 5mm inwards (144X94mm) from the total artboard size (working size).

    Made from 100% pure sugar cane (bagasse). Protecting the environment by saving trees, reducing pollution and biodegradable.

    Yupo Matte (Clear Vinyl Backing)

    Weight 080g

    Tearproof and waterproof synthetic sticker paper.Matte surface. Sticker paper backing is of clear vinyl material.

    Deluxe Matte Adhesive (Removeable)

    Weight 135g

    Thick and durable. Suitable only for smooth and flat surfaces. Not for curved surfaces. No residue when removed.

    Kraft Paper Adhesive

    Weight 057g

    Naturally textured adhesive kraft paper. Mainly used in sticker printing.

    Matte Silver Adhesive

    Weight 050g

    Matte silver adhesive sheet widely used for sticker printing.

    Standard Gloss Adhesive

    Weight 080g

    Adhesive bright white, water-resistant, tear-resistant paper with a high gloss smooth finish. Widely used for sticker/label printing.

    Standard Semi-gloss Adhesive

    Weight 090g

    Adhesive, muted white paper with a semi-gloss finish. Widely used for sticker/label printing.

    Standard Semi-gloss Adhesive (Strong)

    Weight 090g

    An uncoated, white-based and highly durable and strong material. Coating is recommended so that it does not tear easily. Slight shimmering effect.

    Transparent Sheet Adhesive (Clear Vinyl Backing)

    Weight 050g

    Made of highly transparent PET material with strong adhesion. Waterproof and tear-resistant. Compatible with color and white printing. Do note that minor scratches may be occur during production.

    Transparent Sheet Adhesive (Permanent)

    Weight 050g

    Highly adhesive transparent, waterproof, tear-resistant vinyl. Non-Removeable (if removed, sticky residue marks will be visible).

    Glossy Gold Adhesive

    Weight 050g

    Glossy gold metallic effect adhesive sheet widely used for sticker printing.

    Glossy Silver Adhesive

    Weight 050g

    Glossy silver metallic effect adhesive sheet. Widely used for premium sticker printing.

    Bundle Cutting

    • Bundle Cutting

    • Bundle cutting refers to the strategic placement of shaped stickers onto a sheet. The material surface is effectively maximised by efficient sticker placement to gain the most stickers from a single sheet.

    Individual Cutting

    • Individual Cutting

    • Select the individual cutting option if you require your stickers to be cut into single pieces.

    Glossy Coating

    • Glossy Coating

    • This finish protects the surface, prevents tearing and has a shiny appearance. The coating will add an extra 20GSM onto the weight of your paper. If you choose to finsih with a double sided Glossy Coating, then 40GSM will be added to the paper’s weight.

    Matte Coating

    • Matte Coating

    • This finish protects the papers surface, prevents tearing and has a non-shiny appearance. The coating will add an extra 20GSM onto the weight of your paper. If you choose to finsih with a double sided Matte Coating, then 40GSM will be added to the paper’s weight.

    White Printing

    • White Printing

    • This white ink looks great when printed on coloured paper. Full CMYK can also be printed onto coloured paper, but first, a layer of white ink is applied to the surface, and then the CMYK is printed ontop.

    Returns & Exchange

    Here at Red Printing, we make every effort to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our high-quality print production, but sometimes - as with all printing, a manufacturing issue can arise. Please note that we are not responsible for individual circumstances which are beyond our control, but not limited to, the following: Consumer-made mistakes such as:
    • Font mis-selection, typo, grammar and spelling errors
    • Poor/low quality and low-resolution uploaded images
    • Text/Image crop offs on or close to cutline
    • Design errors and wrong colour selections
    • Any errors made by you during the creation of an artwork file, mis-selection of size, quantity, product type, finishing options, paper type, cutting options and other order specifications
    • Wrong template selection, incorrect image orientation and positioning
    • Duplicate orders
    • Incorrect file layout for finishing such as folding, creasing, die or kiss cutting
    • Delivery delays due to erroneous files and damage to products after delivery to the customer
    Please note that we do not proof artwork or designs created by customers before production, and it's the customer's responsibility to check the print file thoroughly before sending to print. Please preview your designs, check and correct any mistakes before placing your order and payment. Red Printing reserve the right to decide whether to issue a refund, replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis. If a refund request is made and approved, through credit card, it would reflect in your next bank statement (depending on banks) or if through PayPal, you should receive the funds back to you within approx. 5-7 business days. Do note that there will be a 5% cancellation fee of the order. Just to further inform you on colour printing, even though we ask that you edit your files in CMYK, colours are still displayed on the screen using RGB and will always look brighter and more vibrant than the final output. Because of this, the colours on the printed products may differ slightly than seen on your monitor screen. Please refer to our User Guide for more information.
