It allows you to access an online address book, run reports on past shipments, set user preferences for shipping, order supplies and set up flexible payment options.How can I change my account’s username or password?To update your username or password you need to log in to your LSO account here. Once logged in, you will see blue tabs at the top of the page. Select User Preferences. You can make changes to your password, username, or email address as well as set other preferences.How do I order shipping supplies?Order by logging in to your account here. You will need to have an active LSO account to order supplies. Supplies are typically delivered within 3 business days.Am I charged for shipping supplies?LSO supplies are free for Express shipments only, not intended for use with LSO Ground service. You will need to have an active LSO account to order supplies. Order by logging in to your account here. There is an additional fee for using a manual form. Save by creating your shipping form online!How do I schedule a pick-up for my package(s)?Schedule on our website here. You will need your LSO account number and main zip code associated with the account’s physical address.How do I create a label for my shipment?Log in to your account here. Fill in the shipping label information. Select the service type for your shipment. Enter a weight (whole numbers only). Print your label. Secure the LSO shipping label to the package in a clear sleeve or with clear packing tape.Can I reprint a shipping label?You are not able to reprint an LSO shipping label because each tracking number is unique. If your label did not print, a new one must be created.How can I cancel a shipping label?There is no need to cancel a shipping label. If you have created a label that you do not need or made a mistake on, you can discard it and there is no charge. You are only charged for labels that are scanned when used on a package.How do I track a package?See where your package is in its journey by using our easy tracker here.How can I pay my LSO invoice?Here are our current Payment Options: - Pay with ACH/EFT - Pay your invoices directly from your bank to LSO’s bank. To start paying your bill by ACH/EFT, please contact [email protected]. We will forward you the necessary paperwork to take advantage of this payment option. When submitting remittance information, include Customer Number, Invoice Numbers, Contact Name and Email Address. - Pay with LSO Service - Write COMAT / HQ / ACCOUNTING on the envelope. No shipping label needed. Place the envelope in one of our conveniently located drop boxes or give it to your LSO driver. - Pay by Mail – LSO P.O. Box 149225 Austin, TX 78714-9225Important! If your account is past due it may be placed on credit hold. Please contact LSO Accounts Receivable, by calling 800-299-8677.To request an invoice copy, email us: [email protected] I see a record of my past shipments?You can look up the past 60 days’ worth shipments by logging into your account online here. You must have an account to see Reports. Click on the Reports tab. Enter the parameters for the shipment dates. Refine search data based on desired search optionsWhat is a Quick Code?A Quick Code is a short 20-character abbreviation for an address book entry in your online account.Is billing reference necessary?No, it is not required. It is optional unless your company requires it.
