Please Note--Fresh Rhea Eggs for Eating are available now as the rheas started laying eggs in April 2025.

Rhea eggs for hatching--are not available now and will again be available in May 2026 through about September 2026.

Fresh Ostrich Eggs for eating--are available now as some of our ostrich hens started laying eggs again in November 2025 and are currently laying eggs in December 2025. So we now have a supply of ostrich eggs available during the Winter months.

Ostrich Eggs for Hatching--are not available now as the regular breeding season will begin in about March 2026.

Fresh Emu Eggs for eating--are available now as the egg laying season has begun in November 2025.

Emu Eggs for Hatching--are not available now but the egg laying season has begun and emu eggs for hatching should be available beginning in late November or December 2025.

Please Note--Fresh Ostrich Eggs for Eating are NOT sold by weight. Size is determined by measuring the ostrich egg in circumference around the egg lengthwise. Weight on listing is shipping weight including packaging--not just the weight of the ostrich egg alone.
